Emotional Gaffiti

11.8 W x 11.8 H inches Acrylic on Canvas - 2025
“Emotional Graffiti” is my reflection on the contradiction between what we show the world and what we truly feel inside. I painted the hooded figure as a symbol of hidden emotion — someone leaving their pain on the wall, masked by a smile. The dripping black paint mirrors the quiet collapse beneath the surface, while the smiley on the back becomes both protection and irony. Through this piece, I wanted to explore how we express sadness through symbols of joy, and how art itself can be an act of silent confession.
